Can I make any modifications to my recent order (sizing, style, color, etc.)

If you wish to modify your latest order, we recommend that you place a new order with the modified selection of items. Then, please notify us of these changes via an email by sending an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com before January 2nd, 2019 specifying your latest order number. We will then make sure to cancel your original order and proceed to refund.

How can I correct a mistake on my mailing address?

Please make sure to notify us by sending an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com before January 2nd, 2019 specifying your order number and your correct mailing address. We will make the changes on your order information for your packaged to be shipped at the right address.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed between between December 21, 2018 and January 1, 2019 will be processed after the return of the holidays on January 2, 2019.

Can I exchange or return items purchased during Boxing Day Sale Event?

All items purchased at 40%+ off are final sale. Returns or refunds are not applicable to these items. If you wish to return or refund any other item, please notify us by sending an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com before January 2nd, 2019 specifying your order number and styles you wish to return/refund. If it is an exchange, please make sure to include sizing and/or any other modification you would like to make.

How can I add new items to my previous submitted order?
If you would like to add items to your previous order, we suggest you place a new order with the items you wish to purchase. Please make sure to notify us by sending an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com before January 2nd, 2019 specifying all your recent orders numbers so that we can combine them in one. Duplicated delivery charges will be refunded if applicable.
