HOW WILL I KNOW IF I PLACED MY ORDER SUCCESSFULLY?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. We are happy to help with a return or an exchange once the order has reached you!

HOW CAN I CORRECT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If after placing your order you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please send an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com detailing your order number as well as the correct mailing address. We will then make the changes required to your order information in order for the package to be shipped to the right address. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change shipping information.

 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE?

Only one promotional code can be applied to an order at a time. The last code entered will supersede any previously entered codes.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Occasionally we may experience stock discrepancies owing to higher than expected demand. While we do our best to keep accurate inventory levels, in the rare event that a stock discrepancy occurs, we will promptly notify you via email.
