ORDERS

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I PLACED MY ORDER SUCCESSFULLY?

Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us soon after. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us at customercare@petitlem.com so that we can look into it for you!

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us at customercare@petitlem.com and specify the changes that you’d like to make. If the changes can be made to your order, we will confirm these changes once made. Changes can only be made to order prior to shipment, once the order has been shipped, no changes are possible.

HOW CAN I CORRECT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If after placing your order you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, we invite you to notify us by sending an e-mail to customercare@petitlem.com. In your email, please specify your order number as well as the correct mailing address. We will then make the changes required to your order information in order for the package to be shipped to the right address. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change shipping information.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE?

You can use only one promo code per order. Promotions can't be cumulate. Please note promo code can't be cumulate with items on sale neither. We suggest to keep a promo code with no use-by-date for a next order.

 

ARE YOU CLOSED DURING HOLIDAYS?

Our company is out of the office, celebrating the holidays from December 23rd 2020 to January 3rd 2021 inclusively. Unfortunately, it means we will not be able to send you any reply during this period at our customer service. We'll process you request within 72 hours after January 4th once we are officially back at the office.

Please note we'll start processing the orders placed between December 23rd 2020 and January 3rd 2021 on January 4th 2021.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD SHIPPING TAKE?

Depending on your shipping location, orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after having received your shipping confirmation. Please check our shipping page for more details.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We invite you to check our Exchange & returns policy to get more information.

Regarding the Holiday collection, we can accept your return or exchange requests before December 1, 2020. After this date, all items purchased from the holiday collection are final sale.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT DURING BLACK FRIDAY SALE AND CYBER MONDAY?

All items bought during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final sale. No exchanges, no refund.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM HOLIDAY COLLECTION?

After December 1rst, we don't accept any returns or exchanges from Holidays collection.

WILL YOU RESTOCK HOLIDAY COLLECTION?

Unfortunately, there are no plans for a restock. All our stock is available in our store.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

We’re sorry that you received a defective item and we invite you to send us details and pictures to customercare@petitlem.com so we can find a solution.

I’M ORDERING A GIFT, HOW CAN I GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS?

You can provide us with any instructions regarding your order (note, gift receipt…) at checkout, or you can write to us at customercare@petitlem.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
