How do I start a return?

Use our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number and email on the Returns Page. You’ll be guided through each step.


I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What do I do?

Start your return in our returns portal and upload a photo of the issue. Our team will review it and assist you.


What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges through the portal.

If you select a sizing-related return reason, our team may follow up with next steps.


What condition must items be in?

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed
  • With tags + original packaging
  • Swimwear must have the hygienic liner.

Is there a return fee?

Yes, a $9 restocking fee.


Are any items final sale?

Yes. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale.


How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Banks may take up to 7 business days to post it.


Can my refund be adjusted?

Yes. If items are not in original condition or the issue can’t be verified, a partial refund may be issued.


Can I return in-store purchases?

No. In-store purchases must be returned to the original store.


When are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed Monday to Friday (no weekends or holidays).


What is your excessive returns policy?

We monitor returns for misuse. Accounts with excessive returns may have return privileges limited or removed.
