HOLIDAY COLLECTION RETURNS

Items purchased at full price or at less than a 40% discount from our 2024 Holiday Collection (styles starting with 24HRS + 24HRW) are eligible for return for a refund 14 days from the delivery date and for exchange until January 6th. To make an exchange on a gift order, you must have the gift receipt or order number.

Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at customercare@petitlem.com

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of the order.

  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A 40% DISCOUNT AND MORE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.

Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging. Swimwear can be returned or exchanged if the protective hygienic liner is intact. All returns are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee.

If you have received a damaged/defective item, please e-mail us a photo of the defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged/defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff.

We will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, Lemur Group reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund. Please note that we do not ship or refund on weekends or holidays.

Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or credit card company it can take up to 7 business days to post the refund to your account.

Only items purchased directly from Petit Lem are covered by this policy. If the purchase has been made in a store you will have to exchange it at the store itself.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Lemur Group regularly monitors returns to identify misuse or abuse of our shipping and returns policies. We may flag some customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies. Customers who are flagged may be subject to review and revocation of our standard return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
