- Shipping to the rest of Canada (via Canada Post) is $13.99 CAD
- Shipping to the U.S.A. (via U.S. Postal Service) is $13.99 USD.
We currently ship to Canadian and American addresses, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods such as the holiday season, orders may take 3-7 business days to ship.
Depending on your shipping location, orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after having received your shipping confirmation. This timeline is an estimate and not guaranteed.
Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to find your package, we kindly ask that you check around your property, mailbox and/or with your concierge.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at customercare@petitlem.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your order is deemed as lost or stolen, we will reship the order. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen orders.
